Knowledge Services Hub

Knowledge Services Hub is a gateway to Industry Cognitive Model (ICM) that stores business services in the form of APIs. It is a programming interface that provides options to develop custom platform apps by the user by providing an opportunity to create custom services (APIs).

Knowledge Services Hub provides a variety of end user services such as search for data elements, custom queries, creating KPIs, filtering data and navigation capabilities through hierarchies to consume platform services for many business models. It provides access to data services with business context and industry classification as an Industrial Data as a Service (IADaaS) model. It acts as an information hub as well as a publishing service for other applications.

Knowledge Services Hub provides programming interface to two major areas:

  • Business Service

  • Cognitive Storage Layer

The Business Service section provides standard services for the asset models and enables you to create, activate/deactivate, copy, edit and delete the custom services. Cognitive Storage Layer provides preview of all the accessible tables and data stored within ICM.

To access the Knowledge Services Hub, go to Genix platform. Click the icon in the top left of the page. The snack bar icon expands. Select the Knowledge Services Hub application. The Knowledge Services Hub home page is displayed.
